Sign-making fun at November volunteer night

At November’s volunteer night, we had a great time preparing signs for our upcoming outreach blitz at Paul McCartney’s concert on the 25th.  (Get all the info about it here. We’d love for you to come on out!)

Taking inspiration from a handful of Paul’s quotes about his vegetarian lifestyle, we set to work:

people drawing and writing on signs

Everyone being awesome.

We also stamped stacks of Vegan Outreach leaflets.

Due to my crummy, glitch-prone camera, I didn’t get nearly as many clear photos of the signs as I wanted to.  I’ll be taking a lot more at the concert.  In the meantime, here are just a few of them:

Lex drawing I was reeling in the poor fish, I watched him fight for breath and I realized his life was as important to him as mine is to me.

When I see bacon, I see a pig, I see a little friend, and that's why I can't eat it. Simple as that.

A huge thank you to the talented, creative, hard-working people who came out to November’s volunteer night and helped to make it so much fun!  We won’t be holding a volunteer night in December, but we’ll be back to our usual schedule in January.  You can check our News and Events page for the latest updates or follow us on Facebook.
