Sexual Politics of Meat, pt. 2

This is part 2 of my Sexual Politics of Meat series, inspired by the work of Carol J. Adams and others. Previously I covered pigs, and now it’s time for chickens and turkeys.  As usual, click through for the source.

Pictures after the jump. (Warning: Some are pretty gross.)

Fleisher's "juicy chickens keep their figure without hormones or antibiotics."

Published in 2011.

The cover of Ludacris's "Chicken & Beer" album.

From Chick-n-Grill restaurant.

An ad for Rachachuros Seasoning. The campaign also features a "sexy" pig and duck.

Ugh.  And these are just a few of them. Next up: cows.
